I made biscuits!! They are kind of like mini biscuits because I used a smaller cookie cutter. They’re honestly the perfect size for tea time with jam, and the vegan sausage patties I have were the same size which made for a perfect little breakfast sandwich.

They turned out great 😋

I used this recipe from @minimalistbaker pretty much exactly as they instructed.
